This tour of the Atlantic west coast of Europe is peppered with a menu for all the senses. Whether with fine wine, exquisite food or top-class golf courses, this cruise caters for all connoisseurs. As an added bonus, you will also get to know the geographical differences of the regions.
Wed 02.08.2023 Bordeaux, France - Golf du Medoc
This multi-award-winning golf course lies in what is possibly the world's most famous wine-growing region. The Chateaux Course has been a special feature of the 36-hole course since 1989. The parkland course blends into the surrounding natural environment with its fairways, whilst always maintaining a link to the nearby wine-growing areas. You can look forward to a lovely glass of red after your game, when you are invited to a wine tasting.
Fri 04.08.2023 La Pallice, France - Golf de la Pree - La Rochelle
A special golfing treat is on offer here on the Bay of Biscay. The very playable, broad fairways enable the optimum route to the green from almost any position. Holes 6 and 13 run right along the coast of the Bay of Biscay, adding to the maritime charm of the course.
Mon 07.08.2023 Honfleur, France - Golf Barriere Deauville
Golf has been played on this site since 1929. Today, there are 27 holes on offer in the modern parkland course layout in a central location in Deauville. Tip: You should pick up a Strokesaver from the clubhouse, as the layouts are rarely indicated at the tee boxes. Once you've got this, nothing should stand in the way of a good score.
Wed 09.08.2023 Antwerp, Belgium - Royal Antwerp Golf Club
North-east of the port city of Antwerp, you'll find Belgium's oldest golf course, which was founded in 1888. The course's fairways run through densely forested landscapes, which keeps the playing areas very narrow. Appropriate course management is all the more important, which may mean a rather cautious game.
